Why Rosa Exists

I'm Phạm Tiến Dũng — the founder of Rosa Solutions. I come from the creative and photography industry, and I've managed teams across both sides of the editing table.

What stuck with me wasn't the technical work. It was the conversations. Photographer after photographer telling me the same thing: "I got into this because I love shooting. But now I spend more time editing than living."

They'd lost their evenings. Their weekends. Their style of life. They were trapped in the editing cycle — and even when they outsourced, the experience was often worse: inconsistent quality, editors who disappeared, starting over again and again.

That's why I built Rosa differently. Not as a marketplace. Not as a freelancer pool. As YOUR dedicated team — people who learn your style, remember your preferences, and show up every single time.

Why Your Team Doesn't Disappear

Everyone claims "dedicated team." Here's the structure that actually makes it work.

2-3

Editors Per Client

Not one editor who might leave. A small team of 2-3 editors who all know your style. If one is unavailable, your backup picks up seamlessly — no starting over.

1

Dedicated Assistant

Your editors are managed by a dedicated QC and assistant assigned specifically to your account. They train your editors, enforce your Style Guide, and ensure every photo matches — every time.

Style Guide System

Your preferences — color tones, brightness, specific requirements, sample photos — are documented in your personal Style Guide. It lives in our system permanently. New editor? They inherit everything.

Separate QC Layer

Your editor edits. A separate QC specialist checks every photo against your Style Guide before delivery. You're not the quality control — we are.

How We Train Your Editor

No editor touches your photos without completing this process first.

W1-2

Foundation (Week 1-2)

Core skills: Lightroom & Photoshop mastery, color theory, HDR blending fundamentals. Editors process 500+ practice photos with real-time QC feedback.

W3-4

Specialization (Week 3-4)

Advanced techniques: Flambient blending, window pulls, virtual staging compositing, sky replacement, day-to-dusk processing. Each editor specializes in 2-3 service types.

W5-6

Style Matching (Week 5-6)

Learning to read and replicate Style Guides: analyzing client sample photos, matching color grading, understanding "warm vs cool" preferences, delivery specifications. This is where editors learn to edit like you.

W7-8

Live Mentorship (Week 7-8)

Shadow a senior editor on real client work. Process real orders under QC supervision. Receive line-by-line feedback. Only editors who pass final review — graded by QC leads — are assigned to client accounts.
